Refund policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Please note that during some promotional periods we may request that customers pay for their own returns if an item is not suitable. This will be clearly stated on promotional banners, blocks and artwork on the website and in any email campaigns.

If you have changed your mind or would like a different size or colour, there is no problem returning it to us. We will happily accept orders returned to us within 28 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund. All items you have purchased must not be worn and must still have all relevant tags and labels attached as well as being in a resalable condition.

We do not do exchanges, you will have to return your item and repurchase the new item you'd like as normal.

Returning your item.

To return your order, please fill in the Returns Form online, stating the items you are returning and a reason for return. You can either print your own label at home or print at the drop off location. You will then be instructed to take your parcel to the nearest drop off location. You can locate your nearest DPD drop off point here

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the items, but we do not refund your delivery cost (unless the products were faulty).

Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt, for us to process your refund, this may be longer during busy sale periods.

UK Customers – Right to Cancel

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting us. 

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned items. We will reimburse the standard delivery cost you paid, but we do not refund supplementary delivery costs (e.g. express or nominated day delivery). Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting us. 

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including your standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We do not refund supplementary delivery costs (e.g. express or nominated day delivery). Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
